"Ken Masters" from Street Fighter II: The World Warrior
From what I remember, original Ken and Ryu in the first incarnation of Street Fighter 2 were identical in gameplay. Once the Champion Edition upgrade came in (where you were able to play as the 4 bosses for the first time) they changed them to make them a bit different. I believe they made Ken a bit faster, and Ryu a bit stronger.
I could be totally wrong about all that, seeing as I'm going by memories from when I was a kid :-P
