June 2009 Daily Sketch - Day 12
"Gundam Deathscythe"
This is the famous Deathscythe mecha, piloted by Duo Maxwell in the Gundam Series "Gundam Wing", arguably the most popular of the Gundam series that have hit North America so far. One of my favourite Gundam series, this is the series that also introduced me to Hajime Katoki's mecha design, as he designed most of the enemy mecha in this series. He also got to design the far more awesome Gundam retro-fits from the "Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz" movie.
